Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed with two options (Standard Shipping, Express Shipping) at checkout.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1317 North Road, Huntingdale, Vic, 3166. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business days. We will send you an email or SMS when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-3pm on Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Shipping to an address, PO boxes, Parcel Lockers or Care of Post Office

Our Standard Shipping can provide shipping service to any Australia Post user (PO Box, Parcel Locker, C/O Post office, etc) which is only eligible for the Order weight below 22kgs. Important, It is customers’ responsibilty to provide correct shipping address. And it will cause delay or failure of delivery at your fault and cost if you provide the incorrect address for delivery.

Free Shipping

Our Free Shipping Service cannot provide shipping service to all Australia wide, The “Free Shipping Service” is only eligible for the Australia Capital Cities and Metro Area. More information of Area Definitions, please check Australia Post website for details.
